I/E Technician

TL;DR

I/E Technician (Engineering): Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, instrumentation, and process control equipment in an industrial chemical plant with an accent on PLC systems, power distribution, and motor controls. What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, instrumentation, and process control equipment.
• Manage power distribution, motor controls, PLCs, wiring, and pneumatic actuated valves.
• Utilize test instruments for calibration, diagnostics, and monitoring of chemical process systems.
• Access and update maintenance records via CMMS and review technical drawings.
• Adhere to safety protocols and Life Saving Rules to ensure facility reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including night shifts and weekends as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or 2-Year Technical Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of I/E experience (or 3 years with a 2-Year Technical Degree).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders up to 180 feet.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and Microsoft software.
• Must be able to work onsite in Quincy, Florida.
