What you will do

• Install, repair, and calibrate instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, level, and weight measurements.
• Configure process control equipment including PLCs, I/O modules, and variable speed AC drives.
• Install conduit and wiring for motors, lighting, and control devices such as valves and limit switches.
• Utilize PC software to view and interpret PLC Ladder Logic for troubleshooting equipment operations.
• Perform emergency and preventative maintenance activities to minimize line downtimes.
• Manage work orders, parts ordering, and equipment history using the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Requirements

• Basic understanding of electricity, electrical systems, motor control, and process control instrumentation.
• Experience with 480 Volt 3 Phase motor switchgear and 120 Volt control systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend equipment drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Must be able to work onsite in Boardman, OR.
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, and various shifts per production schedules.
• Proficiency in sanitation and food safety practices.
