What you will do

• Design, build, and operate production-grade ML systems and LLM workflows.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI features from data pipelines to inference and monitoring.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards for the AI platform.
• Solve complex technical problems with moderate ambiguity and high business impact.
• Identify and mitigate risks in AI systems, including performance regressions and bias.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and market professionals to inform product design.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on ML or AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Proven experience with LLMs, ranking/recommendation systems, or applied NLP.
• Solid understanding of modern ML techniques, including deep learning and representation learning.
• Experience building human-in-the-loop training or evaluation workflows.
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews in Prague, Czechia.
