📌 Role Overview
We're looking for engineers who think holistically, automate relentlessly, and are fluent in AI tooling & infrastructure — grounded in disciplined engineering principles. You'll build scalable AI-powered applications that deliver real business value at speed.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI apps (CI/CD, testing, observability, cloud-native)
Build reusable platforms (conversational bots, AI search, unstructured data processing, GenBI)
Work embedded with business stakeholders on high-priority AI solutions
Integrate LLMs, vector DBs, RAG, AI agents into robust applications
Champion automation: data ingestion → preprocessing → evaluation → deployment
Collaborate with data scientists, PMs, and engineers
Stay current with AI but prioritize practical delivery over research
🧠 Requirements
4+ years software engineering — shipped complex production systems independently
Strong Python (microservices, APIs, backend)
Solid software architecture + cloud (AWS, Azure) + DevOps
Experience integrating ML/LLMs into production (APIs, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, agents)
Balance engineering rigor with delivery speed

LangChain, Haystack, Hugging Face, Weaviate
RAG applications, AI agents, agent orchestration (LlamaIndex, Crew AI, AutoGen)
Unstructured data → structured formats
Chatbots, search systems, GenAI interfaces
Platform engineering or internal tools teams
Embedded (forward-deployed) team experience
Production-grade reliable AI apps
