What you will do

• Lead the development, training, and fine-tuning of LLMs and NLP solutions to solve complex tasks.
• Implement and refine robust, scalable AI architectures in production environments.
• Evaluate and enhance model performance, focusing on accuracy, reliability, and bias mitigation.
• Prototype new AI capabilities by staying current with the latest NLP research and conducting experiments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Deep experience deploying LLMs in real-world production scenarios.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Machine Learning and NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks and tools.
• Proven track record of driving innovation in AI/NLP projects with strong analytical skills.
• Must be based in Germany.
