Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Walpole, MA (Onsite at least 3 times a week)

Salary: $78,000–$117,000

What you will do

• Execute purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services based on operational needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable sourcing.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
• Identify new suppliers to strengthen the supply chain and support company growth.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Government and defense-related regulations like FAR/DFARS.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to meet project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work onsite in Walpole, MA at least 3 times per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
