What you will do

  • Lead daily operations in compounding labs, ensuring technician teams adhere to production schedules.
  • Build and drive a culture of safety within the hazardous and non-hazardous non-sterile compounding labs.
  • Develop policies and procedures to standardize processes across the network.
  • Manage a cross-functional team including compounding managers, production schedulers, and pharmacy techs.
  • Deliver key KPIs to meet capacity and demand while leading cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Partner with Maintenance and Engineering to drive innovation and increase building capacity.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Mesa or Gilbert, AZ.
  • 8-10 years of operational leadership in the pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of lean leadership tools and practices such as Six Sigma and 5S.
  • Working knowledge of USP 797, 800, and/or cGMP.
  • Ability to pass medical approval for respiratory protection (N95, PAPR, etc.).
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
