Salary: $298,000—$368,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team building large-scale foundation models for the hirify.global Driver.
• Set the technical direction and develop execution strategies to align individual efforts with overall goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including simulation, planner, semantics, and ML infrastructure.
• Foster an inclusive team culture to drive research innovation and deliver impactful results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing medium-sized teams.
• 6+ years of experience in deep learning research or applied research.
• Technical experience working with LLMs, VLMs, or world models.
• Must be an eligible US-based employee.

Nice to have

• Strong background in pretraining, mid-training, post-training, Transformer modeling, and model scaling.
• Experience with self-supervised learning.
• Experience productionizing deep learning models.
