What you will do

• Serve as the first line of support for partners, resolving operational questions via email and support channels.
• Maintain accurate partner information, listings, and class schedules within internal systems.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare performance reports and support outreach campaigns.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth activation of new partners on the platform.
• Monitor partner performance and flag concerns or growth opportunities to the team.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in customer support, account coordination, or operational roles.
• Excellent verbal and written Japanese language skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written English language skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, email platforms, and spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
