Location: Must be based in the United States (Federal consulting role requiring US security clearance eligibility).

What you will do

• Support the Government in identifying and evaluating technology-enabled approaches to improve mission performance and operational efficiency.
• Advise executive stakeholders by translating complex technical concepts into actionable, scalable, and low-risk solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for complex modernization initiatives, rapid prototyping, and strategic technology planning.
• Lead technical demonstrations and innovation activities to inform Government acquisition and modernization decisions.
• Assess technical feasibility, risks, dependencies, and security considerations for modernization projects.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Active PMP Certification is required.
• 15+ years of experience in Federal IT modernization, software engineering, or cloud architecture.
• 10+ years of technical leadership experience on medium or large complex projects in a Federal environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an appropriate Federal security clearance.
• Demonstrated experience with hybrid cloud transformation, AI-enabled capabilities, and digital strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Federal civilian, homeland security, or law enforcement mission environments.
• Relevant professional certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Salesforce Heroku Architect, or SAFe Agilist.
• Active Federal security clearance.
