Analyst, Associate Technology Support

TL;DR

Analyst, Associate Technology Support (IT): Providing level 2 in-person and remote technical support for office systems and services with an accent on hardware/software performance analysis and incident resolution. Focus on maintaining high SLA standards, managing escalations, and building effective relationships across all levels of the organization from individual contributors to VPs.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (On-site)

Salary: $68,200 – $89,460

What you will do

• Provide level 2 in-person and remote support for office technologies and services.
• Analyze and resolve software and hardware performance issues.
• Document, categorize, and close interactions within ServiceNow.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve multi-layer technical problems.
• Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation schedule.
• Deploy hardware and install customized software as required.

Requirements

• Must be authorized for employment in the United States.
• 2-4 years of related technical support experience.
• Proficiency in Windows 11, MAC OS 15.6, and Office 365.
• Ability to lift and/or push up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to clearly communicate in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
