What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and delivery for agentic AI systems.
• Design and execute AI agent workflows to automate complex internal and customer-facing processes.
• Define product requirements for LLM-based systems, including prompts, tools, and orchestration layers.
• Collaborate with engineering to build evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and performance monitoring.
• Drive experimentation to improve accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency of AI-driven experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 4+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or technical product roles.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI/ML product architectures.
• Experience working with engineering teams on API-based products and system design.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools like SQL to validate hypotheses.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
