What you will do

• Build and grow organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop strategic playbooks for channel-specific engagement and posting.
• Scale and manage hirify.global’s subreddits into trusted, active communities.
• Create scalable content and engagement strategies leveraging AI.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure cross-channel consistency.
• Track key metrics including sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social.
• Background in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer-facing categories.
• Ability to write in a non-corporate tone that resonates with platform natives.
• Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
