What you will do

• Develop erection and construction plans for tendering and execution phases.
• Lead constructability reviews and provide conceptual estimates from preliminary drawings.
• Manage civil, mechanical, and electrical bid packages and procure third-party contractors.
• Supervise construction sites, ensuring full compliance with HSE, contractual, and internal requirements.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage site personnel and planning staffing levels.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, and HSE teams while reporting to the Project Director.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in plant erection, specifically in large industrial field-based projects.
• Strong expertise in site management, erection planning, and constructability tools.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams (civil, mechanical, electrical, HSE, quality).
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop field personnel.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, labor laws, and contractual regulations.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Knoxville, TN, USA.
