Salary: $155,000–$201,500 Annual

What you will do

• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for Technical Operations.
• Partner with Accounting to manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and inventory component cost tracking.
• Develop financial models for capacity expansion, tech transfers, CDMO sourcing, and capital investments.
• Create and maintain functional metrics, KPIs, and dashboards, and perform variance analyses.
• Support internal controls and ensure strict compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
• Manage purchase requisitions and invoice requirements according to procurement and AP processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA is a plus).
• 5-7 years of relevant financial experience.
• Experience supporting Technical Operations or Supply Chain related functions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and advanced analytical skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Bridgewater, NJ office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience with Oracle & Hyperion Planning.
