What you will do

• Prepare design documents, system layouts, drawings, and schematics for low voltage systems.
• Perform engineering calculations and research products and applicable codes.
• Review shop drawings for conformance to plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams and act as a liaison for client and architect inquiries.
• Support project coordination, including scope tracking and schedule management.
• Conduct job site visits for observation and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or architectural engineering.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu for Low Voltage Design.
• Basic knowledge of A&E industry codes, design guides, and standards.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as BEMP, CPD, CDP, NICET, or RCDD.
• MEP or construction industry experience.
