What you will do

• Execute routine digital delivery tasks and apply standardized workflows across active projects.
• Coordinate project plans, data organization, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and discipline leads.
• Perform quality checks on digital deliverables to ensure compliance with firm standards.
• Identify inconsistencies or risks and support corrective actions to maintain delivery quality.
• Assist in testing and deploying new digital delivery workflows and tools.
• Provide mentorship and support onboarding for new team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BIM, Digital Delivery, or Design Technology (or 5+ years without a bachelor's degree).
• Demonstrated experience supporting live project delivery environments.
• Working knowledge of digital delivery workflows, coordination practices, and project standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
