What you will do

• Develop and articulate the vision for the AI document intelligence platform, aligning it with company strategy and customer needs.
• Own the product roadmap, requirements, and lifecycle for document intelligence and the AI extraction platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to design scalable systems for extracting and normalizing high-quality data.
• Define product requirements for browser-based experiences, Microsoft Office Add-ins (Excel, Word), and developer APIs.
• Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to identify pain points in CRE acquisition, financing, and management workflows.
• Develop launch strategies and product messaging to drive adoption across various client personas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related technical leadership roles.
• Deep familiarity with commercial real estate (CRE) document types and workflows (appraisals, rent rolls, etc.).
• Proven success leading AI, machine learning, or document automation products from concept through launch.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML, OCR, NLP, and structured data pipeline development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders.
