What you will do

• Own and execute the product strategy for text analysis and reporting capabilities, covering ingestion and semantic processing.
• Define the product vision and roadmap for how brand data is analyzed, scored, and accessed by customers.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to design and iterate on pipelines for data ingestion and access.
• Design and validate ingestion layers to make large-scale text and influence data actionable for enterprise users.
• Analyze data and model performance to refine metrics for accuracy, influence, and sentiment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, and GTM teams to align priorities and releases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, AI, or analytics platforms.
• Strong technical foundation in APIs, system architecture, NLP, embeddings, and semantic analysis.
• Experience building products involving text processing, data visualization, or analytical reporting.
• Ability to connect data quality and model behavior to tangible business value.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for creating structured product specifications.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York.
