What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end payment operations, including invoice processing, disbursements, and reconciliations for all stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor other payment professionals to maximize team productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits of payment records and vendor invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Generate quarterly financial reports for internal filings and provide specialized payment support to Right-of-Way and Tower teams.
• Utilize payment data and analytics to identify trends, enhance workflows, and optimize overall system efficiency.
• Liaise with external vendors and third-party payment partners to ensure seamless integration and processing.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience with system conversions, expense allocations, and capital allocations.
• Experience managing pole, right-of-way/easement, franchise, dark fiber, and tower contracts and inventory systems.
• Proficiency in GIS systems to review vendor data.
• Knowledge of telecommunication industry regulations and payment best practices.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
