What you will do

• Lead O2C transformation programs, including process redesign and system enablement.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to improve quote/order quality and reduce revenue leakage.
• Define and govern integration touchpoints between Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Improve master data governance and controls to support accurate billing.
• Define and track O2C KPIs to provide actionable insights and dashboards.
• Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness across all order-to-cash processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or related transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and NetSuite enhancements.
• Strong program management capabilities and ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
• Proficiency in applying AI tools to accelerate work and eliminate low-value tasks.
