What you will do

  • Develop trusted executive-level relationships within a portfolio of complex financial institution accounts.
  • Execute renewal strategies and drive incremental revenue through strategic upsells and cross-sells.
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasting and manage the sales pipeline with rigorous data-driven discipline.
  • Act as a strategic consultant, translating client needs into actionable recommendations for internal product teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to resolve obstacles and optimize client results.
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene and comprehensive account plans to reflect real-time business realities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 10+ years of experience and knowledge in financial institutions.
  • 10+ years in enterprise account management or strategic partnerships within SaaS or data-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of executive-level relationship ownership and managing high-complexity clients.
  • Experience in disciplined revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
