What you will do

• Plan and execute comprehensive publicity campaigns for theatrical releases, securing A-list editorial and bookings.
• Act as a strategic partner to talent representatives to coordinate schedules and logistics for publicity campaigns.
• Manage press operations for special events, screenings, and premieres, including red carpet coverage.
• Coordinate press days and junkets, handling talent schedules and interview confirmations.
• Develop and manage publicity budgets, collaborating with the finance team for reporting and tracking.
• Collaborate with international teams and internal leads to execute awards campaign strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in publicity, with direct expertise in film publicity and awards campaigns.
• Proven track record of pitching and securing high-tier editorial coverage.
• Established working relationships with journalists, talent representatives, and guilds.
• Direct experience in organizing and executing large-scale events and premieres.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Universal City, CA at least 4 days per week.
• Ability to work extended hours and travel as required.
