What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, agendas, and minutes for the international team.
• Facilitate logistics for press junkets, including travel, hotel, and glam team bookings.
• Liaise with international territories to support day-to-day campaign execution.
• Organize screenings for press, talent, and partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison for publicity travel and tour documentation.
• Create reports and presentations to support departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Universal City, CA and able to work in-office 4 days per week.
• 1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work overtime and extended hours for events and screenings.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones as required.
