What you will do

• Own critical work packages for the AI Driver product end-to-end, from problem definition to shipping.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and PMs to deliver ambitious goals.
• Define technical direction and debate AI/ML and autonomy trade-offs with senior technical staff.
• Translate research and customer needs into a structured product roadmap to maximize impact.
• Communicate progress through deep technical reviews and executive updates.
• Establish operating rhythms and track KPIs to ensure delivery milestones are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)
• Proven experience owning substantial work packages and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical depth in AI/ML, autonomy, robotics, or a similar deep-tech domain.
• Track record in product management or technical program management for cutting-edge products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate teams through ambiguity.
• High autonomy and bias for action when making decisions with imperfect information.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in autonomous driving, ADAS, or automotive safety-critical systems.
• Hands-on background in AI/ML research or shipping ML-powered products.
• Experience working with global teams (US ↔ UK / EU) in startup or scale-up environments.
