TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $137,200 — $245,000 USD

What you will do

  • Become a domain expert in maintenance operations by building deep relationships with fleet managers and technicians.
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Connected Asset Maintenance product area.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through design, build, and launch.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to build world-class UX and workflow designs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive GTM strategies.
  • Embed and champion company cultural principles as the organization scales.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of software product management experience, including 0-to-1 product builds.
  • Proven track record of deep customer engagement and turning insights into winning products.
  • Strong technical fluency in data models, APIs, and system architecture.
  • Active daily use of AI tools for specs, research, and prototyping.
  • Ability to set product vision and ship measurable results on tight timelines.
  • Must reside in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B enterprise products ($100K+ ARR).
  • Background as a founder or early-stage startup employee.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
