Salary: $154,600 - $315,000 USD (OTE)

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment.

What you will do

• Own the ecosystem map for platform layers, identifying key players and gaps relative to platform strategy.
• Lead outbound engagement with AI founders, operators, and investors to build high-level relationships.
• Prototype technical integrations between partner products and the hirify.global stack to create working PoCs.
• Define technical narratives and reference architectures for each partnership.
• Translate external signals into concrete build, buy, or partner recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with ISV and field teams to scale solution adoption and drive revenue.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, bizdev, or ecosystem development within AI or infrastructure.
• Deep technical fluency in AI platform domains (Agentic, Managed Inference, IaaS, or Data).
• Existing network and relationships within the AI founder and VC communities.
• Ability to be hands-on with prototyping and scoping partner architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founder or early operator at an AI/infrastructure company.
• Previous role as an EIR or investing partner at a top-tier AI VC fund.
• Experience building an ecosystem function from scratch at a high-growth company.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA's software stack and inference tooling.
