Business Development Lead (USMC)

TL;DR

Business Development Lead (USMC): Identifying and capturing growth opportunities for electronic warfare platforms and payloads with an accent on USMC relationships and government budget cycles. Location: Remote (Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or eligible for ITAR authorization and be able to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance)

What you will do

• Generate and capture USMC opportunities through travel, trade show coordination, and budget cycle management.
• Drive revenue growth by informing capture strategies, revenue forecasts, and technology development plans.
• Develop cohesive business plans and execution models to drive program of record execution.
• Engage key stakeholders to shape requirements, identify funding, and develop win themes for competitive captures.
• Partner with Mission Operations to expand existing client relationships and explore new work areas.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with the USMC, including relationships across key program offices and end users.
• Ability to gain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• US Citizen, Green Card holder, or eligible for ITAR authorizations.
• Excellent writing and communication skills to explain complex technical ideas to broad audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
