What you will do

• Design and implement scalable software components for next-generation conversational shopping experiences.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, from technical design and coding to deployment and maintenance.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and applied scientists to translate product ideas into technical deliverables.
• Contribute to the long-term technical architecture and vision for AI-powered conversational experiences.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and hands-on collaboration.
• Ensure system stability and reliability through on-call rotations and by driving process automation improvements.

Requirements

• Professional software development experience (non-internship).
• Proficiency in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including strong object-oriented design skills.
• Experience contributing to the architecture and design of reliable and scalable systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Nice to have

• Deep experience with the full SDLC, including coding standards, source control, build processes, and operations.
• Track record of building and delivering complex software systems successfully to customers.
