Salary: $140,000–$325,000

What you will do
- Own systems end-to-end from design to production deployment.
- Build and scale low-latency infrastructure and backend services.
- Improve platform reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Reduce technical complexity across the production environment.
- Participate in incident response and provide production support.
- Influence technical direction, engineering standards, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Must be able to work 6 days per week in the San Francisco office.
- Strong background in backend or infrastructure engineering.
- Proven experience owning and maintaining production systems.
- Pragmatic engineering mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
