Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid model: 1-5 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Build and ship production-grade software using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools.
• Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows.
• Contribute to maintaining shared system context and standards to ensure AI reliability.
• Evaluate code for correctness, security, and performance across the SDLC.
• Develop efficient components and algorithms within a multi-tenant SaaS cloud environment.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java, Python, Go, C#, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Proven experience designing and developing distributed systems at scale.
• Demonstrated AI-first approach to engineering and experience with AI development tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tel Aviv office.

Nice to have

• Technical expertise in Generative AI, RAG systems, and Agentic workflows.
• Experience with Big-Data, ML, and S3.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Elastic Search, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
