What you will do

• Ensure 100% compliance with the Traffic Management Playbook and maintain brand KPI performance.
• Identify low-performing areas and implement action plans to increase overall traffic performance and profitability.
• Standardize traffic management processes at the department level and communicate enhancements to the team.
• Conduct monthly full audits and facilitate weekly internet traffic management meetings.
• Monitor lead performance through weekly mystery shopping and daily call reviews via CallRevu.
• Coach, mentor, and develop teammates to ensure results and KPI targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Ontario, CA
• Minimum 2 years of automotive retail management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development at a store or corporate level.
• Proficiency in CDK CRM (Elead) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills for strategy planning and root cause identification.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
