What you will do

• Oversee and support engineers embedded across multiple engineering squads.
• Coordinate technical alignment between teams and client leadership to ensure delivery quality.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and participate in technical decision-making.
• Contribute hands-on in .NET and Angular environments when necessary.
• Implement and support AI-assisted and agentic development workflows using tools like Claude.
• Identify risks, blockers, and cross-squad dependencies in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, or Delivery Lead.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET, Angular, Microservices, and Cloud-based development.
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams.
• Proficiency with Claude and structured AI-assisted development workflows.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• English proficiency required for collaboration with international clients.

Nice to have

• Experience in veterinary, animal health, or healthcare domains.
• Valid US visa and willingness to travel to the US every 4–6 weeks.
• Experience working in consulting, staff augmentation, or professional services.
