What you will do

• Create, improve, and validate hiring-related dashboards in Visier and Ashby.
• Develop ad hoc spreadsheets to track hiring pipeline, headcount, and time-to-fill metrics across regions.
• Automate weekly leadership reporting by building reusable Google Slides templates populated by live data.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automations for data visualization using tools like Gemini and Claude.
• Maintain agency and search firm spend trackers and validate fee attribution.
• Design and present a capstone project to automate a recurring manual workflow.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, HR, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data cleaning.
• Excellent written communication skills to explain data discrepancies clearly.
• Ability to work asynchronously within a distributed, global team.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Exposure to HR or ATS systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Experience with Google Apps Script, Python, or other lightweight automation tools.
