What you will do

• Analyze and optimize existing New Relic dashboards and telemetry for the TRAIT application.
• Refine PagerDuty alert triggers, escalation policies, and incident workflows to ensure actionable alerting.
• Identify and remove obsolete monitoring components to improve operational efficiency.
• Support production environments through incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance application observability.
• Implement observability best practices for logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong hands-on experience with New Relic (APM, telemetry, dashboards, alerting).
• Proven experience managing PagerDuty alerts, on-call workflows, and incident management.
• Solid background in DevOps/SRE operations, production monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Linux and scripting for infrastructure monitoring.
