What you will do

• Define and lead the regional observability, monitoring, and operational excellence strategy.
• Build and consolidate the observability control tower, establishing standards, metrics, and alerting frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams through coaching and capability-building initiatives.
• Drive automation programs, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD adoption to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to optimize service performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, observability, DevOps, or SRE disciplines.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, or Prometheus.
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico to support the hybrid work model.
