What you will do

• Build the SRE practice from scratch, including on-call rotations, SLA/SLO definitions, and observability dashboards.
• Execute the AWS multi-account migration for production workloads with zero unplanned downtime.
• Implement and manage technical controls for SOC 2 Type I audit readiness.
• Develop and publish a private Terraform module library to standardize infrastructure.
• Implement automated deployment rollbacks for ECS and Lambda based on integration test results.
• Establish monthly cost reporting and budget anomaly detection for leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production AWS infrastructure experience with deep Terraform expertise.
• Hands-on experience building an SRE function from scratch with complete ownership.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline ownership and multi-site/microservices environments.
• Experience with PagerDuty and establishing on-call rotations.
• Proficiency with SRE tooling such as OpenTelemetry and Grafana.
• Must be based in the United States.
