What you will do

• Establish the SRE practice from scratch, including on-call rotations, PagerDuty configuration, and SLO definitions.
• Execute the AWS multi-account migration for production workloads with zero unplanned downtime.
• Implement and manage technical controls to deliver a SOC 2 Type I audit-ready infrastructure package.
• Develop and publish a versioned Terraform module library to a private registry.
• Implement automated deployment rollbacks for ECS and Lambda gated by integration tests.
• Establish monthly cost reporting and budget anomaly detection for executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production AWS infrastructure experience with deep Terraform expertise.
• Proven experience building an SRE function from the ground up with complete ownership.
• Experience with PaaS or microservices in a multi-site company environment.
• Previous ownership of CI/CD pipelines and experience standing up on-call rotations via PagerDuty.
• Proficiency with SRE tooling such as OpenTelemetry and Grafana.
• Must be based in the United States.
