What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring dashboards, metrics, alerts, and reporting.
• Support the identification, analysis, and tracking of incidents and operational events.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to improve service observability.
• Participate in automation initiatives and continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Contribute to the documentation of procedures, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Early-career experience in infrastructure, technical support, operations, or monitoring.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Experience or familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work model.
