What you will do

• Define and execute product growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation.
• Drive product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and launch execution supporting sales and partnerships.
• Translate client needs and market insights into actionable product improvements aligned with scalability and differentiation.
• Build strategic relationships with key enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams to prioritize growth initiatives.
• Own experimentation processes including A/B testing and funnel optimization to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Location: Vilnius, Lithuania with hybrid and remote work options
• Proven experience in strategic product management, growth, business development, or commercial roles in digital environments.
• Strong understanding of digital product growth mechanics, monetisation models, and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience working closely with sales, partnerships, and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
