What you will do

• Execute customs clearance functions and monitor operational metrics for timely shipment processing.
• Maintain high compliance levels with company controls, policies, and Customer SOPs.
• Coordinate communication between carriers and interested parties to ensure seamless logistics flow.
• Manage accurate and timely billing of customers while preventing monetary losses.
• Ensure all customer legal documents are updated and compliant with trade regulations.
• Participate in huddle meetings and escalate operational issues to management as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in foreign trade or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in US Customs Brokerage and hands-on knowledge of clearance functions preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal communication and time management skills.
• Must be based in Laredo, TX.
