What you will do

• Identify and define forward-looking payment initiatives for the EMEA region.
• Analyze payments data to uncover conversion trends, processing issues, and growth opportunities.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of payment partners and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Ensure full regulatory and card scheme compliance across all payment operations.
• Advocate for long-term product and engineering investments to improve payment infrastructure.
• Represent the company as a key voice in crafting global payment conversion strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in diverse payments within a digital ecommerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and present actionable insights.
• Proven experience in payment optimization, complex contracting, and operations.
• Deep understanding of the payment regulatory and card scheme landscape in EMEA.
• Ability to navigate complex, geographically diverse internal operations.
• Flexibility to accommodate meetings across global time zones is required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Snowflake and Tableau.
