What you will do

• Own the technical vision and strategy for the billing and scheduling platform to drive long-term customer value.
• Collaborate within the Technological Leadership Team to drive enterprise-wide architecture and technology choices.
• Define and enforce technical standards, including coding practices, architectural patterns, and language choices.
• Ensure enterprise-wide system compatibility and seamless integration across different solution lines.
• Evaluate and mitigate technical risks at the enterprise level to ensure scalability and delivery.
• Partner with C-level executives to align technical strategy with business goals and influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in software development and architecture, including senior technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience in SaaS companies serving large user bases with a focus on reliability and scalability.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, distributed systems, and system integration patterns.
• Strong communication skills for articulating complex strategies to executives and building consensus.
• Must be based in Canada (specifically Ottawa, Montréal, or Toronto).
