Solutions Architect (Distributed Systems): Leading technical adoption and architectural implementation of the hirify.global orchestration platform for enterprise customers with an accent on distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture. Focus on solving complex orchestration challenges, partnering with sales to drive technical strategy, and advocating for customer needs within the product development lifecycle.

Location: Must be based in the US or Canada, with an expectation of working Pacific Time hours and 25% travel.

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 USD (West Coast), $160,000 - $180,000 USD (East Coast), and CAD 160,000 - 180,000.

What you will do

• Lead customers through training, adoption, and implementation of best practices for the hirify.global platform.
• Act as a technical advisor during the sales process in partnership with the sales team.
• Collaborate with the product team to advocate for customer requirements and field insights.
• Establish clear architectural visions and identify compelling use cases to realize customer value.
• Solve complex orchestration and application development challenges across fintech, logistics, and healthcare.
• Engage the technical community through workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, and customer-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of system design patterns, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with integrations using REST and messaging systems like Kafka or MQ.
• Ability to work Pacific Time hours.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with orchestration engines or workflow systems such as Conductor, Camunda, or Temporal.
• Proven contributions to open-source projects.
