What you will do

• Elicit, document, and test business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for system improvement through deep operational engagement.
• Execute unit, integration, regression, and performance testing for large-scale projects.
• Provide project scopes, baseline estimates, and coordinate cross-team sequencing.
• Support developers and QA teams during implementation and testing phases.
• Facilitate client-facing discussions to provide technical insight and streamline integrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Frisco, TX.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Prior experience with API and/or EDI technologies.
• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and advanced Google Suite functions.
• Experience with project management principles.
• Experience leading small teams.
• Deep knowledge of transportation industry terminology and mode-centric elements.
