Solution Designer (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Analyze customer data to determine system requirements for storage needs, throughput volume, and item velocity zoning.
• Develop material flow diagrams, process flow charts, and 3D system layout drawings using CAD.
• Perform cost gathering for equipment and services in collaboration with Senior Solution Engineers.
• Create comprehensive proposal documents including scope of work, pricing, benefit analysis, and ROI.
• Support customer presentations to upper management and operations personnel.
• Travel for customer visits and international training in Europe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access (including database queries).
• Background in data analysis and knowledge of material handling technologies and process management.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to obtain a passport for international travel.
