Salary: $100,300 - $149,600 USD

What you will do

• Provide data-driven insights to support the next phase of cloud business growth.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and cloud leadership to build operational frameworks and business cases.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in GTM and operational workflows to increase scalability.
• Develop 3-year plans for the cloud business, including operating models and customer acquisition strategies.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor positioning, and customer segments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or sales operations.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) is required.
• High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, and Excel.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data for senior leadership.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work through ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Economics preferred.
