Salary: $166,000 – $299,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to connect global employees to the company mission and business priorities.
• Define and manage the external corporate brand, including employer branding, social impact narratives, and business storytelling.
• Lead crisis communications planning and response, partnering with Legal, People, and Marketing teams to protect corporate reputation.
• Build and lead a high-performing, scalable communications team across Bellevue and London.
• Establish editorial standards, governance, and operating rhythms to ensure high-quality, consistent messaging.
• Partner with the President and Executive Leadership team to translate strategic priorities into impactful communications.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in corporate communications within a multinational organization.
• 5+ years of global leadership experience managing teams across diverse locations.
• Proven track record of modernizing communication platforms and elevating organizational capabilities.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Product functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and content/analytics tools.
• Must be based in Bellevue, Washington to support the hybrid work environment.
