What you will do

• Develop and execute the global internal communications strategy to ensure employee alignment and engagement.
• Craft high-quality content, including executive messages, town hall scripts, presentations, and crisis communications.
• Partner with and coach senior leaders to provide frameworks that reinforce clarity and consistency in messaging.
• Lead communications for major organizational changes, including M&A integration and restructuring.
• Drive company-wide programs such as quarterly All Hands meetings and culture-building initiatives.
• Measure communication effectiveness using engagement tracking and sentiment analysis to improve channels.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of internal or corporate communications experience, ideally within a global SaaS or high-tech company.
• Must be based in the Bay Area (San Francisco).
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
• Proven success in managing communications around organizational change and ambiguity.
• Experience working with distributed global teams across diverse cultures and time zones.
• Strong project management skills and high emotional intelligence.
