What you will do
- Develop and execute the global internal communications strategy to ensure employee alignment and engagement.
- Craft high-quality content, including executive messages, town hall scripts, presentations, and crisis communications.
- Partner with and coach senior leaders to provide frameworks that reinforce clarity and consistency in messaging.
- Lead communications for major organizational changes, including M&A integration and restructuring.
- Drive company-wide programs such as quarterly All Hands meetings and culture-building initiatives.
- Measure communication effectiveness using engagement tracking and sentiment analysis to improve channels.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of internal or corporate communications experience, ideally within a global SaaS or high-tech company.
- Must be based in the Bay Area (San Francisco).
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
- Proven success in managing communications around organizational change and ambiguity.
- Experience working with distributed global teams across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Strong project management skills and high emotional intelligence.
