Location: Hybrid (Dallas, Texas) - 3 days/week in office

What you will do

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to align employees with the company's vision and culture.
• Create a wide range of executive communications, including scripts, presentations, and thought leadership pieces.
• Manage internal communication channels and lead activities like all-hands meetings.
• Provide strategic counsel to leaders regarding internal communication needs and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze data to identify issues and improve communication workflows and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in dedicated internal communications roles.
• Experience managing editorial calendars and sourcing stories from diverse contributors.
• Proven ability to execute work internationally and collaborate with technical and creative teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dallas, Texas office (Hybrid: 3 days/week).
